The OASIS database is a product of the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG). The OASIS database is available to everybody at www.sae.org/oasis. The OASIS database includes the accreditation bodies approved for the process, the certification bodies accredited for the scheme, all of the auditors approved for the aerospace scheme and, finally, the certified suppliers. The database contains information about the certified suppliers registered to the aerospace standards of AS9100, AS9110, and AS9120. It is not optional – if you hold an accredited certificate to AS9100, AS9110 or AS9120 – you must be entered into the OASIS database. Additionally, any supplier listed in the OASIS database must set someone up as the OASIS Administrator. This designated person will be the contact point with regards to OASIS, and is responsible for maintaining accurate supplier data in the system. This person is also the only contact who can grant access to view pertinent audit assessment details. An OASIS user cannot access audit data without first gaining permission from the suppliers' listed OASIS administrator. In order to be able to view the certified supplier’s assessment data in the database, it is necessary to submit a request to the supplier’s designated OASIS administrator.
